Can I eat your products cold? All of our products are fully cooked so you can eat them cold right out of the package if you want. We generally recommend heating up our tofu cubes since that brings out the flavor in the spices. But feel free to experiment!

How long do you cook Hodo tofu?


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Slice the tofu blocks about pieces 1/4 of an inch thick (see picture for reference) and place into an oven-safe dish.
  3. Mix the oil and tamari in a bowl and taste it.
  4. Baked for 20 minutes, or until they reach your desired crispness.
  5. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
